Technical Sales Representative

Operations Manager

Position Overview:  

The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different departments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Engineering, Project Management, or similar fields.

Specific Duties:

Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
Manage the daily functions of the business
Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
Manage budget to align with goals of business
Manage a team of direct reports
Be a champion for process and continuous improvement efforts

Critical Job Skills/Competency Expectations:

5+ years of experience in a similar role
Engineering degree preferred, but will consider experience in lieu of educational requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Be mechanically inclined and have the ability to troubleshoot and suggest improvements
Experience managing processes and people (direct reports)
Experience within the industrial press field highly preferred
