Position Overview:
Performs all field service activities relative to press inspection, repair work, troubleshooting and maintenance and repair training of customer personnel.
Position Reports To:
Field Service Manager
Specific Duties:
- Performs mechanical troubleshooting and repair
- Reviews customer technical concerns to assist in determination of product changes or modification
- Performs press inspections on a variety of sizes and models
- Other duties as assigned
Critical Job Skills/Competency Expectations:
- Associates Degree in Skilled Trades or equivalent preferred
- Press maintenance experience desired
- Minimum of two years experience in a manufacturing environment (specifically in a Field Service capacity) required
- Reading and understanding of blueprints requiredExtensive travel required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills required
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different departments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Engineering, Project Management, or similar fields.
Specific Duties:
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
- Manage budget to align with goals of business
- Manage a team of direct reports
- Be a champion for process and continuous improvement efforts
Critical Job Skills/Competency Expectations:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Engineering degree preferred, but will consider experience in lieu of educational requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Be mechanically inclined and have the ability to troubleshoot and suggest improvements
- Experience managing processes and people (direct reports)
- Experience within the industrial press field highly preferred
